On each of the four Sundays in October 2015, Chris Justice brought us a series on Living in Grace. Chris is an elder at Hope Church, Beaconsfield, and was moderator of our church during our inter-regnum.
On the first Sunday, October 4th, Chris started by defining grace, and in particular by highlighting the depths to which we could fall if we didn’t have grace. From Ephesians chapter 2: “As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath.”
Unfortunately no recording was made, but the rest of the series was so important in the life of the church that this placeholder is included here for completeness.
